What counts as a booking?: A booking the first time it's confirmed. Each attendee of a class counts as one, and a recurring booking counts each time it starts. Rescheduling doesn't count again.
What's free?: Holds that expire or are cancelled before they're confirmed, and past bookings you import. Cancelling after confirming still counts: the time was booked.
When am I charged?: After each month ends, to the card you added to go live: the subscription fee plus any bookings beyond what it includes. Amounts under 30p wait for a later month.
Can I change level?: Any time, in the dashboard. Moving up applies to the whole month straight away; moving down, or back to pay as you go, starts on the 1st. If a payment fails you move to pay as you go next month; nothing is switched off.
What's test mode for?: Building. It's the whole API, free, with 500 bookings a month and test bookings deleted 30 days after they end, so it isn't somewhere to run a business.
Are there other limits?: 100 live requests a second per platform (250 at £49). Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added for UK businesses. Read the API reference to start building.
